Our Method:
Step 1: Moss & Growth Removal
We remove all moss, algae, and biogrowth from your roof — by gentle scraping or low-pressure steam cleaning depending on your property's needs. No high-pressure blasting, no roof climbing.
Step 2: Gutter Clearance & Preparation
With the roof clear, we clean out the gutters and carefully detach the down pipes, fitting temporary sleeves to catch any treatment runoff during the next stage.
Step 3: Biocide Treatment
We apply an HSE-approved biocide treatment across the entire roof surface. This targets remaining spores and prevents moss, algae, and lichen from returning — keeping your roof clean and protected long after we've finished.
